1) If Tony wishes to build things more often, he will need to establish a lab using AC Reward Points first. In order to create something like the propane fueled forge, he would need equipment and materials he does not currently have access to simply by borrowing space at local workshops. Propane especially is a fuel source that does not exist in Havenwell and, as such, would require Reward Item purchases in order to restock. Considering the fact that Tony has no lab in which to do more complicated builds, AC Rewards are the best avenue to get a forge and materials for a project such as this.

2) There is not enough space at free housing to hold a forge, vehicle or other such item due to the close proximity to the neighbors unless a person used AC Rewards to add a room to a house, OR they purchased one of the larger upgraded homes.
