1. Since pets are still a rarity among the populace, it's unlikely that there are many shops that cater specifically to them. However, items for pets are easily commissionable to the local craftspeople, and occasionally ready-made at high end boutiques. Since animals only really existed in the temples or at the zoo and conservatory before the offworlders arrived, items for domesticated animal companions have not been in vogue for centuries. With the increase in pets among the offworlders, the craftspeople are able to create things if requested and given a general description of the item for a fee. For litter, they can create synthetic blends to mimic the functions of sand.
2. Glass is fairly rare unless it's chemically created and thus synthetic. Because the robots initially did not have great finesse in motor control, they moved away from glass jars and replaced them with more durable metal and plastic ones. If a person really wants glass jars, they can be commissioned for a price from an artisan or could be bought as a non-magical small AC Reward for a set of 10 small to medium mason jars.
3. Plastics are the most readily available material in Havenwell as they are easy to synthesize. Tupperware, however, is not widely available or in use because the robots had no need for them as they do not eat. Most plastic containers were used for item storage, as with jewelry and accessories, so they aren't airtight. They can be commissioned as with most household items, but they are not automatically included in kitchen equipment since the robots would not have thought of including them.
4. As answered elsewhere, synthetic materials are the only ones available. Things like real wool cannot be made as there are no sheep. Most of the materials available are synthetic fabrics like polyesters or fake cottons or synthetic silks. Acryllic yarns can be commissioned. Fabrics and other items for sewing based arts and crafts can be commissioned, but as with most commissioned items, they can be expensive depending on what is desired and in what quantity.
5. AC Rewards are based first on content and next on size. For Aerith's request, a single magical item (in this case a base materia, not a maxed one) counts as a Medium Regain per the description of the AC Reward: It can have limited magical abilities or even be alive as long as it doesn't exceed 3 feet in any dimension. A magical item under 3 feet in any dimension counts as a single Item Regain: Medium reward. Additionally, for Gladio's request, we have an answer for plants and seeds already: Non-magical plants, flowers, or seeds would count as a small item regain for 50 points. Depending on the size you could get a few as a single item (such as a package of seeds or a pot containing a few of the plants/flowers). Typically, we've allowed a maximum of 3 to 5 varieties depending on the size and amount of the requested plants/bulbs/seeds per reward. For Gladio's request of 50 different varieties, it would mean he would need to request this reward 10 times, for 500 points. We are willing, however, to work with you to create a discount, but it will not be a single or double medium regain for 50 varieties of plants.
