Re: negotiations of how much power-limiting so that she's not just-crystal-- would it be safe to assume that, after her talking to them after she's restored from just-crystal-form, they'd adjust so she at least retains her human form?
also just for clarification: is the power-limiting effect immediate for 24 hours around the towers, or will it continue into the weeks that pass and whenever pyra is let back into work there?
