That would require a canon update. You cannot assume a character has powers that are not shown in canon. Also, her death and the discovery of a new Mothra egg cannot exactly be classified as immortality since there isn't enough information in the 2019 movie to establish that Mothras retain previous memories or personality from one incarnation to another.
