Just for clarification, the stars mentioned in these books are described as being comprised of same stuff that makes stars IRL, not anything magical or extra?
How sophisticated are the locals’ descriptions of stars? Like do the tablets on the stars give, like, an estimated mass in addition to what they’re made of? Is there a classification system similar to Red giant/white dwarf/etc? Or if they have orbiting planets?
(I’m only asking cuz of a thread with someone, and I just want to make sure that what she’s researching and passing on isn’t incorrect!)
