Yeah, with the natives it's less about knowing the importance of such things and rather just forgetting it was even a thing, as it's been so long since they had to worry about it. However, they will recognize that yes, it's very useful to the world as a physical act, so condoms would be a very affordable necessity, and similarly to health clinics, some might even be given away as free samples at the repair shops, which can function as simple medical facilities in a pinch at this point. It's only the fancier ones that might cost a bit of extra Dora, since they're customized on request. We don't really micro-manage the cost of necessities in-game, beyond AC Rewards, so you're welcome to handwave accessibility to such things.

Lace would be pretty easy to request! Not necessarily lingerie unless commissioned, but lacey or embroidered sashes were among the few decorations and clothings worn by the natives before the newcomers arrived, and over the years they've become very adept at making the most out of little material since their resources became more limited over time.

Clothing in Havenwell has evolved over the past several months, with the natives taking a cue from their new visitors and gradually adopting more options and fashions based on what they see being worn, while at the same time going back to their roots and experimenting with things that might have been worn in the past. Please note however that the same issue of supply-versus-demand applies here as well! With under 50 "customers" in town at any given time, and with outfits being a commodity that can last for months, clothes aren't made en masse and hanging in store shelves beyond a few simple options to get people started, along with varying sizes of underthings.

However, the differing body types is a fair point, and one they will appreciate being reminded of! It would be a simple thing to start incorporating belts, buckles, straps and snaps that would allow for adjustments in the clothing being made, like button-ups for people with awkward headgear or slits and holes for tails.

That being said, we don't micro-manage the fashion in town either, so if a character would like a certain type of outfit done, and it seems reasonable that a native could have made it for them, you're welcome to incorporate it into the game.
