While she wouldn't do it right away, but in the new year, after the holidays, Era will go around to the temples and arrange to teach them a bit more beyond the basics if they were willing! Proper suturing methods, recipes for basic remedies using plants she knows are available in the botanical gardens, how to properly triage/diagnose emergent situations vs non-emergent. She will also highly recommend that they make at least one sterile room with sterile equipment for big Just-In-Case emergencies, and strongly suggest they actually make a dedicated clinic, with separate rooms to prevent spread of infections, illness, etc. etc. etc. (she's been thinking over this a lot 😅)
She was under the tutelage of Moira O'Deorain for a few months in Deerington and did intensive study on modern medical treatments/sciences (combined with what she picked up over her years as an adventurer/the WoL) so it is well within her current skill-set, even lacking in her memories of CNJ/WHM/SCH/AST. With the new year coming she'll be caving in to her desire to help and frustration/anxieties over current available medical care, rather than sticking to the petty resentment and distrust.
