SO, if an offworlder were to try to get involved with the local theaters or movie productions, what kind of reception would they get? Total rejection, or "here put on this robot costume," or "be our novelty flesh prop," etc?

What kind of information would it even be possible for someone interested to find--auditions, casting calls, talent agencies? Is any information available for offworlders to find, or is that all kept to natives in the industry?
