While the concept is certainly interesting, due to the logistical difficulties of managing and checking AU updates, they will not be allowed in this game either. The effect on the character and their current or future canonmates would make the change too jarring to switch from a canon character to an AU one. Moreover, it would be unfair to characters who have already canon updated previously to not have had access to this option from the outset. We may, however, use this suggestion for future events, so thank you for bringing this idea to us.
