1) In this case, it would be up to the player's preference if the two were to remain connected or not- you could have Yuuji severed from Sukuna upon arrival or, if you desire, app them together as two-souls-one-body sort of deal, provided both personalities were represented in your app & sample.
If someone else wanted to app Sukuna into the game, we could discuss further on how to handle it and separate the two.
2) The rule for apping from any particular canonpoint is one month, so that would still apply! Since apps don't open until the start of July, apping from a chapter from the start of June would be acceptable.
