Just a heads up, Verstael will be attempting to set up an area outside the factory to collect metal for building his magitek engine (and, currently, a prototype for it). It wouldn't really be much except for a place to weigh and store materials that he could use for forging/etc.

And with the way he is he would likely just decide he has the authority to do it (no one's using that space anyway!) This is mostly a heads up in case the natives would do anything to stop him and keeping his many projects up to date on here.
